4. Pricing and Payment

5. Delivery and Shipping
We will execute your order within 30 days, unless a different period is agreed upon.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period (ECTA)
In terms of Section 44 of the ECTA, you are entitled to cancel any electronic transaction for goods or services within 7 days after the date of receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the agreement.

If you exercise this right, you must return the goods at your own cost.

A full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

7. Returns and Refunds (CPA)
In addition to your statutory rights:

Hygiene Products: Due to the nature of our products (balms, salts, oils), we cannot accept returns of products where the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, for health and hygiene reasons.

Defective Goods: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Treatment Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings for treatments are subject to availability.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

9. Privacy and Data Protection (POPIA)
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
