Shipping & Delivery

At Enigma Wellness, we want to ensure your journey to balance and restoration is as smooth as possible. We’ve partnered with PAXI to provide reliable, affordable shipping to every corner of South Africa.

1. Shipping Rates

We believe in keeping things simple. We charge a flat rate of R100 for delivery, regardless of where you are in South Africa or how many wellness goodies you’ve tucked into your cart.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Service Level: PAXI 7–9 Business Day Service.

  • Expected Arrival: Your parcel will typically reach your chosen PAXI Point within 7 to 9 business days after dispatch.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to hand-blend, pack, and prepare your order for its journey.

3. How It Works (Store-to-Store)

Because we use PAXI, your parcel is delivered to a PAXI Point (located inside PEP, Shoe City, or Tekkie Town stores) for you to collect at your convenience.

  1. Choose Your Point: During checkout (or in your order notes), please specify your preferred PAXI Point or nearest PEP store. If you’re unsure, you can find your nearest point on the PAXI website here.

  2. Wait for the SMS: Once your parcel arrives at the store, PAXI will send an SMS notification directly to your phone.

  3. Collect: Head to the store with your ID/Driver’s License and the unique PIN sent in the SMS to claim your package.

4. Tracking Your Order

We know you’re excited to start your wellness routine. As soon as your order is dropped off at our local PAXI Point, you will receive a tracking number.

5. Important Information

  • Collection Window: Once your parcel arrives at your chosen store, you have 14 days to collect it. If it isn’t collected within this time, it will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Main Centers vs. Outlying Areas: While most deliveries hit the 7–9 day mark, please allow an extra day or two if you live in a very remote or “deep rural” area.

  • Safe Packaging: Your oils and salts are precious. We take great care to package them securely to ensure they arrive in perfect, zen-like condition.
